- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags
- No returns on hygiene items, skincare, or undergarments
- Discounted or clearance items are final sale

- Ship it: We’ll provide a return address after approval
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

- Credited to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
